Iran condemns bombing attack in Afghanistan

TEHRAN,Oct.29(MNA) – In a statement issued on Saturday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast condemned a deadly terrorist attack in Afghanistan and expressed sympathy with the victims. According to Afghan officials, a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a mosque in northern Afghanistan on Friday, killing 40 people and wounding more than 50. The bomber struck as dozens of worshippers had gathered for prayers in Maymana, Faryab province, to mark the Eid ul-Adha holiday.
