Iran condemns deadly blast in central Damascus

TEHRAN,April 10(MNA) – Iran on Monday condemned a suicide bomb blast that killed at least 15 people and wounded 53 in central Damascus on the same day. “The resilient people of Syria are well aware of the vicious intentions and objectives behind the spread of insecurity and instability in the region” and will continue to defend their country’s national sovereignty, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said.
