Iran FM Spokesman Expresses Sympathy With Families Of US School Shooting Victims

Tehran, Dec 15, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast expressed sympathy with the families of victims of a school shooting in the US. He also expressed condolences over the killing of a number of school students and expressed sorrow over the occurrence of such an incident. Voicing sympathy with the families of the victims, he urged the American society to trigger a movement to fight war-mongering actions and massacre of defenseless and innocent people across the world by armed people during terrorist and crazy incidents. Condemning killing of defenseless people and terrorism in all its forms, the spokesman said the children and young adolescents falling victim to armed clashes in Gaza or in the US, in Afghanistan or Pakistan, in Iraq or Syria, are not different from each other from the humanitarian point of view so everyone should make efforts to restore peace, security and tranquility to the whole world./end
