Iran Majlis Speaker To Visit India

Tehran, Feb 20, IRNA – Director General of the Majlisˈ International Affairs Department Hossein Sheikholeslam says Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani will pay a visit to India next week upon an official invitation by his Indian counterpart. During his India visit, Larijani will meet and confer with Indian officials, including the president, prime minister and parliament speaker on expansion of parliamentary relations, said Sheikholeslam, adding that Larijaniˈs visit will be made at the invitation of Lok Sabha Speaker Meera Kumar and in response to her last yearˈs visit to Iran.
