Iran, major powers agreed to cooperate based on NPT: Iranian security official

TEHRAN, April 17 (MNA) – In an interview with CNN, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, said that Iran and the major powers (the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China, and Germany) agreed in Istanbul on April 14 to continue cooperation based on the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. He also described the Istanbul talks as “constructive” and “positive”.
