Iran ships 85-ton aid cargo to North Korea

TEHRAN, April 23 (MNA) - Iran’s Red Crescent Society sent an 85-ton humanitarian aid cargo to North Korea. The freight included flour, dried milk, and rice. It was handed to North Korea’s Red Crescent Society in Pyongyang. According to AFP, UN agencies estimated in November after a visit to the North that three million people would need food aid in 2012.
