Iran-Turkey trade expected to surpass $20b soon

TEHRAN,Aug.1(MNA)--Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Asian and Oceanian Affairs Abbas Araqchi said on Tuesday that it is expected that the value of trade exchanges between Iran and Turkey would surpass $20 billion by the end of the current Iranian calendar year, March 20. The unfair sanctions that the West has imposed on Iran have provided an opportunity for faster development of relations between Iran and Turkey, added Araqchi, who is the Iranian director of the Iran-Turkey political committee.
