Iranian Army to unveil new defense achievements

TEHRAN,April 27(MNA) – Iranian Army will unveil new pieces of military hardware in a military exercise which will be held in the near future in Isfahan Province, Deputy Army Commander Brigadier General Kioumars Heydari told the Mehr News Agency on Friday. Several domestically manufactured personnel carriers, anti-aircraft weapons, and a missile launcher will be unveiled in the war games, he said. He added that upgraded military equipment would be used and tested in the exercise. Elsewhere in his remarks, Heydari said that Army troops would practice asymmetrical warfare tactics during the maneuvers.
