Iranian defense minister slams ending arms embargo on Syrian rebels

TEHRAN,May 30(MNA) – Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi slammed the EU’s recent decision to lift the arms embargo on Syrian rebels, who are fighting against the government. Speaking to reporters in Tehran on Wednesday, Vahidi said that such decisions can cause the conflict in Syria to spill over into other countries, adding that efforts should be made to help end the crisis.
