Iranian FM meets with Afghan president

TEHRAN,Sept.6(MNA) – During a meeting in Kabul on Wednesday, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi and Afghan President Hamid Karzai held talks on various issues, including bilateral ties and the latest developments in the region and the world. On the sidelines of the fourth meeting of the Iran-Afghanistan Joint Economic Commission, Salehi also met with his Afghan counterpart Zalmai Rassoul. During the meeting, the two sides emphasized the need to cement ties in all spheres.
