Iranian FM to visit Cairo this week

TEHRAN,Jan.5(MNA) – The director of Iran’s Interests Section in Cairo, Mojtaba Amani, has announced that Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi is scheduled to leave Tehran for Cairo on January 9 to hold talks with Egyptian officials. According to Amani, Salehi will stay in Cairo for three days during his trip to Egypt, which will be the first by a high-ranking Iranian official since Mohamed Morsi assumed office in June 2012.
