Iranian president asks Judiciary chief to make arrangements for his inspection of Evin Prison

TEHRAN,Oct.21(MNA) – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad wrote a letter to Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani asking him to make the arrangements necessary for his inspection of Tehran’s Evin Prison. The text of the letter was released on Saturday. In his letter, Ahmadinejad stated that he was scheduled to inspect the prison on October 8 and the Judiciary was informed of the decision a day earlier, but the visit was postponed.
