Iranian UAVs to join campaign to protect environment

TEHRAN, June 11 (MNA) – Domestically manufactured unmanned aerial vehicles will be ready to help the Environmental Protection Organization carry out its duties by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 20), the director of Iran Aviation Industries Organization said on Sunday. “We will be able to send UAVs round the clock to any region specified by the IEPO and give reports about the given region to this organization,” Manouchehr Manteqi said.
