Iran`s Khatami meets Rohani

TEHRAN,June 25(MNA) – Former Iranian president Mohammad Khatami held a meeting with Iran’s President-elect Hassan Rohani in Tehran on Sunday and congratulated him on his victory in the election. During the meeting, Khatami and Rohani thanked the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei for his efforts to pave the way for the creation of a political epic. Rohani called on people from all political persuasions to cooperate with the new administration to help achieve its goals and carry out its plans.
