Istanbul Forum to begin on October 31

ISTANBUL (A.A) - October 28, 2011 - "Istanbul Forum" will take place in Istanbul between October 31 and November 2. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will deliver a speech during the dinner which will be held on October 31 at Conrad Hotel, while Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will make a speech on November 1. Politicians, academicians and experts from Europe, the United States, Middle East and Turkey will participate in the forum which will be organized by Strategic Communication Center. Arab Spring, Turkey's neighborhood policy and Turkey-Israel relations will be on the agenda of the forum.
