It is incumbent on principlists to reach consensus: cleric

TEHRAN,June 13(MNA) – Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami, a senior member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, has said that it is incumbent on the principlists to reach a consensus on a single candidate for Friday’s presidential election. He also said that the principlist candidates who had promised to withdraw in favor of the most popular candidate should keep their words.
