Joint Committee Discusses Problems Of Iranian, Iraqi Pilgrims

Tehran, July 22, IRNA – A joint committee, comprising Iranˈs Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Iraqi Tourism Ministry, on Sunday surveyed problems facing Iranian and Iraqi pilgrims and ways to serve visitors paying pilgrimage to the holy shrines. Head of Iran Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Hojjatoleslam Ahmad Moussavi and Iraqi Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Lava al-Samim will announce the outcome of the meeting. IRNA learned that an agreement will be signed at the end of the meeting. Al-Samim arrived in Tehran on Thursday at the invitation of Hojjatoleslam Moussavi to discuss ways to tackle problems of Iranian and Iraqi pilgrims, especially those paying pilgrimage to holy shrines in Iraq./end
