Kabul Rejects Claims On Expulsion Of Afghan Refugees From Iran

Kabul, June 10, IRNA – Afghanistanˈs Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday rejected reports on alleged expulsion of Afghan refugees from Iran, calling it baseless. A large number of Afghan refugees who have entered Iran legally are now working and living in that country, Spokesman of Afghanistanˈs Ministry of foreign Affairs Janan Mosazai told domestic and foreign reporters at his weekly press conference. Rejecting biased reports published by certain media on the status of Afghan refugees living in Iran, the spokesman said such allegations are baseless. He reiterated that those who were expelled form Iran had entered the country illegally./end
