KAZAKHSTAN, MONGOLIA TO OPEN DIRECT AIR COMMUNICATION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Kazakhstan and Mongolia have initialed a memorandum on the implementation of the Intergovernmental Agreement on air communication within the framework of the 1st session of the Kazakhstan-Mongolia working group for cooperation. This news was published on Kazinform International News Agency website on April 11. The memo is set to be signed at the VI session of the Kazakh-Mongolian Intergovernmental Commission for Commercial and Economic, Scientific and Technical and Cultural Cooperation that will take place in the capital of Mongolia this May. Based on the document, the two countries will be able to open direct air communication between Astana and Ulaanbaatar. In addition, the sides agreed to speed up the signing of the Agreement between the two governments on cooperation in the sphere of air rescue and recovery.
