Khatami will run for president if ground is prepared: Iranian former MP

TEHRAN,Nov.8(MNA) – Former MP Fatemeh Rake’i said that former president Mohammad Khatami and certain other people like him will run for president in 2013 in pursuit of their causes if the ground is prepared. In an interview with the Persian service of the Mehr News Agency on Wednesday, Rake’i also commented on the news reports saying that Khatami will not stand as a presidential candidate and said, “I’ve never heard such a thing from Mr. Khatami.”
