Law merchant training is running

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A regular training of "Judges training project in law merchant sector" is running at the National Legal Institute March 24-28. The judges training project has been co-implemented by the Supreme Court, General Council of the Courts and International Development Law Organization /IDLO/ with a financial support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development /EBRD/. The training has gathered judges of the Supreme Court, members of the Constitutional Court and trainee judges majoring in law merchant sphere. Foreign teachers and specialists are giving lessons on shareholders' right, dispute in insurance sector, right of lender, laws of competitiveness and bankruptcy.
