London hosts EANA Council meeting

A meeting of the Council of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA) has been held in London, UK, along with a meeting of News Agencies World Council (NACO). Chaired by EANA President, CEO of German DPA news agency Peter Kropsch, the meeting discussed the issues of the Alliance's participation in the NACO, in particular the results of the elections regarding the venue of the next News Agencies World Congress and EANA's position on the issue. The meeting heard a report from EANA Secretary General Alexandru Giboi.
