Member of Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada: Azerbaijan’s successful development is based on Heydar Aliyev's farsighted policy

Kiev, May 3, AZERTAC Azerbaijan’s successful development is based on Heydar Aliyev's farsighted policy, said Member of Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Sergey Melnicuk in his interview with AZERTAC. He emphasized that as a result of the great experience and political will of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, today there is a strong, independent Azerbaijan. Sergey Melnicuk also stressed that national leader Heydar Aliyev played a crucial role in insuring the friendship between Azerbaijan and Ukraine. “It is not accidental that many public and political figures in Ukraine regard Heydar Aliyev as the architect and founder of Azerbaijan-Ukraine friendship. Heydar Aliyev built normative legal base and regulates relations on solid grounds in economic, trade, cultural, scientific, educational and humanitarian spheres between Azerbaijan and Ukraine”, Sergey Melnicuk added.
