Military solution to Syrian issue rejected outright: Iranian Majlis speaker

TEHRAN,Nov.26(MNA)--On Friday, Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani held a meeting with Syrian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Jihad al-Laham and discussed the latest development in the Arab country with him. After the meeting, Larijani attended a press conference, in which he said, “What we are emphasizing in Syria is that reforms and democracy should be realized, and we reject military intervention in the country outright. We will continue our negotiations with other countries to achieve a political solution to the Syrian issue.”
