MINISTER RECEIVES SOUTH KOREAN AMBASSADOR

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Economic Development N.Batbayar Wednesday received Mr Lee Tae-ro, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of South Korea to Mongolia. The meeting took place on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and S.Korea. The sides focused on all matters of the bilateral cooperation and expressed a mutual willingness to run it more fruitfully. It was noted that a trade turnover between the two countries reached 63 million USD and that the S.Korea has become the seventh country by its investments to our country. The meeting was initiated by the S.Korean side. Mongolia and South Korea established the diplomatic relations March 26 of 1990.
