Minister Salehi Amiri: Iran puts no restrictions on relations with Azerbaijan

Tehran, July 5, AZERTAC “As a member of the government I declare that Iran puts no restrictions on relations with Azerbaijan,” Iran`s Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Reza Salehi Amiri has told AZERTAC. “Azerbaijan is the closest neighbor, friend and brother of Iran. The nations` similar culture, national values and customs require that the states also come closer and be friends. Protecting the nation`s interests, President of Iran Hassan Rouhani always pursues a policy of high-level cooperation with Azerbaijan,” the minister said.
