Mohamed bin Zayed receives IMF Managing Director

ABU DHABI, 23rd February, 2016 (WAM) – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday received at his Majlis in Al Bahr Palace, the visiting International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director, Christine Lagarde, and her accompanying delegation. Sheikh Mohamed welcomed Lagarde and discussed with her bilateral relations between the UAE and the IMF as well as ways to enhance them. Lagarde spoke about the role played by the IMF to enhance the global economy and follow-up steps taken in some member countries to achieve the necessary economic and financial stability for growth as well as it role played in supporting countries to address their economic issues.
