Mongolia and Vietnam establish cooperation memorandums

Ulaanbaatar MONTSAME/ The leaders of Mongolia and Vietnam Ts.Elbegdorj and Truong Tan Sang Thursday attended the document signing ceremony. Two Mutual Understanding Memorandums of Cooperation were established between the two Foreign Affairs Ministries, inked by the Mongolian FM L.Bold and the Vietnamese Deputy FM Pham Bmnh Minh, and between the defence spheres, inked by the Deputy Minister of Mongolia's Defence Ministry A.Battor and the Vietnamese Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr Truong Quang Khanh. Apart of this, the State Secretary of Mongolia's Ministry of Law J.Bayartsetseg and Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General To Lam signed a cooperation agreement on crimes prevention and fight, and the Cooperation Memorandum was signed by the Vice Chairman of Petroleum Authority of Mongolia Ts.Amraa and Vietnam state-owned Oil & Gas Group, or PetroVietnam, president and CEO Do Van Hau. After this, the two Presidents ran a press conference.
