MONGOLIAN AMBASSADOR AWARDED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Canada’s Minister of State of Foreign and Consular Affairs Ms Lynne Yelich Wednesday received Mr T.Zalaa-Uul, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Canada. Ms Yelich met our Ambassador in conjunction with the latter's completion of the diplomatic mission. He awarded Mr Zalaa-Uul the Medal of the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs, for a contribution to the bilateral relations and cooperation. Present at the ceremony were Sen. Joseph A.Day, a head of the Canada-Mongolia inter-parliamentary friendship group; Wai Yong, Chungsen Leung, Brad Trost MPs, aand also Ms Susan Gregson, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
