Mongolian and Russian Defense Ministers hold official meeting

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Defense Ts.Tsolmon, on the sidelines of his participation in the Fourth Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS), held an official meeting with his Russian counterpart the Army-General Sergei Shoigu on April 16. They exchanged views on the current status of defense cooperation of the two countries, pressing issues and future perspectives. Mr Shoigu invited the servicemen of Mongolia to the international military and technical forum "Army-2015", according to official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Mr Tsolmon said Mongolia attaches a great importance to a preparation and participation in the military parade dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War and supports our military. At the above conference, Tsolmon gave a presentation themed "Mongolia’s effort in ensuring the regional security". The conference gathered over 400 delegates from 70 countries and six international organizations, to address the current situation of international security, main threats, prevention from those threats, and improving global efforts to peace and security.
