National dialogue in Ukraine indispensable - Lavrov

MOSCOW, May 12 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has emphasised the importance of holding a national dialogue in Ukraine based on the OSCE chairman-in-office’s proposals. “I’m sure that we’ll fail to do this in the short run,” Lavrov told a news conference on Monday. “But a national dialogue in Ukraine is indispensable,” he said. “This should be done in parallel with the investigation of crimes that have been committed,” Lavrov said.
