NON-REFUNDABLE AID TO BE GIVEN BY JAPAN

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The government of Japan will give to Mongolia non-refundable aid of five billion and 300 million Togrog in total.
A Mongolia-Japan intergovernmental exchange note on it was signed Wednesday by L.Purevsuren, Mongolia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, and by Mr Takenori Shimizu, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia.
The aid will be spent for implementing a two billion 200 million Togrog's project on drawing up a detailed design of a Mongolia-Japan laboratory hospital, and three billion 100 million will come as the non-project assistance.
The first project would result in establishing an internationally-standard hospital that will prepare skilled staffers. The non-refundable aid of three billion 100 million are supposed to go for buying necessary facilities and equipment dedicated to training of the “Koosen”-style Institute of Technology at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.
