Opposition in the road to coup d’état: Maduro

TEHRAN, April 17 (MNA) – Venezuela’s new president said opposition is moving in the road for coup d’état. Three among 7 killed during unrest after the election, are pro-Maduro. Nicolas Maduro said that “ the election was impeccable, and they (the opposition) know this well,” and that “ a group with an acute lust for power, and much-hated by the majority, incited unrest and called for protests by people and for violence in the streets. This was a planned scheme for attacking to the offices of popular parties and organizations.” “We had aborted a coup d’état before, but they would continue their destabilizing attempts. Nevertheless, I announce that people and the Army have aborted the coup d’état already,” asserted Maduro. Reports had it that two of 7 killed during the unrest after the elections were celebrating Maduro’s victory when they were targeted and killed by the opposition. One more was killed during an attack on state hospital.
