OSCE Parliamentary Assembly president embarks on Azerbaijan visit

Baku, January 30, AZERTAC President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly George Tsereteli has today arrived in Azerbaijan. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, George Tsereteli was met by Deputy Speaker of Milli Majlis Bahar Muradova. George Tsereteli hailed the fruitful cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OSCE. He noted that the OSCE attaches importance to the parliamentary elections to be held on February 9 in Azerbaijan, adding that the organization will also observe the voting process. The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly president praised the reforms carried out in political, economic and social fields in Azerbaijan.
