Our justices meet with foreign arbitration delegates

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian judges of Chamber for civil cases of the Supreme Court Wednesday received some foreign delegates who are participating here in international conference on commercial arbitration. The sides exchanged views and opinions on court participation in arbitration operations, realization of decisions of domestic and foreign arbitration and other matters. Among the visitors were Mr Andrea Carlevaris, the Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce /ICC/, and Mr Aleksandr Tsuladze, the department of Court Statistics and Generalization of Georgia.
