People voted for moderation in presidential election: Iran`s Rafsanjani

TEHRAN,June 29(MNA) – Expediency Council Chairman Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Thursday that Iran’s June presidential election showed people’s demand for moderation and rationality and a change to the way the country was being run. The Iranian people elected Hassan Rohani as their new president in a nationwide election on June 14.
