Permanent representative present credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Permanent Representative of Mongolia to UN Office in Geneva and Ambassador V.Purevdorj Monday presented his credentials to Acting Director-General of the United Nations Office Michael Moller. Mr Moller wished the Mongolian Ambassador a success in his mission, and then highly spoke about the position, role and contribution of Mongolia in a big family of the United Nations. Ambassador Purevdorj expressed his confidence in further development of constructive and friendly relations between Mongolia and UN Office at Geneva, and reaffirmed Mongolia’s dedication to move forward the common goal for building and securing peace, sustainable development and human rights. Noting that Mongolia takes active part in UN peacekeeping operations and promotes education for democracy, Mr Purevdorj requested the Acting Director-General to support recruiting skillful Mongolian personnel into UN organizations.
