PM kicks off Thai Niyom Yang Yuen campaign in Nakhon Pathom

NAKHON PATHOM, Feb 21 (TNA) -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha visited people in Nakhon Chaisri district where he launched the government’s "Thai Niyom Yang Yuen" sustainable development campaign. He assured he was trying to solve people’s problems and asked them to cast their votes carefully. Gen Prayut went to Ban Thung Noi village in Laem Bua sub-district for a ceremony to launch the "Thai Niyom Yang Yuen" scheme. “Under the Thai Niyom Yang Yuen scheme, officials will ask about the needs of everyone. Please tell them. The government will channel money from those who pay high taxes to take care of everyone,” the prime minister said. He also said that the government was trying to create more sources of income in addition to taxes. He cited the Eastern Economic Corridor project as a fundamental development to increase national income. He encouraged people to make good choices in the next general election and said that he and his government were seriously solving people’s problems. (TNA)
