PM launches "Government Meets people" event

BANGKOK, August 25 (TNA) - Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra launched the “Government Meets the People:Capital for Quality of Life” event at the Rajamangkala National Stadium in Bangkok Saturday morning. The event, aimed to provide public access to financial sources through various funds set up by the government and to publicize the Pheu Thai Party-led government’s one year performance, was also held simultaneously in all other provinces nationwide. The prime minister inaugurated the event after talking to the public during her weekly broadcast programme. (TNA)
