PM: "MONGOLIA WILL BE A RELIABLE BUSINESS PARTNER"

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian Prime Minister Ch.Saikhanbileg, who is in the USA with a working visit, addressed the business forum of American Chamber of Commerce, one of the five top institutions in the US, on June 25. Before attending the Forum, Mr Saikhanbileg had received the U.S. private sector representatives and ran a roundtable meeting with the business delegates of AmCham. The PM said Mongolia's Government is fully supportive of the companies that are interested in investing and running business in Mongolia, and is working for creating a favorable environment, free-of-discrimination, for the foreign investors. The AmCham businessmen said it is crucial for the two countries to recover the lost opportunities and to promote economic growth and diversification, and asked for Mongolian Government’s support on facilitating such actions. At the forum, the Premier stated that his Government’s first priority is Economy. “Mongolia will be your reliable business partner. We want to deepen economic relations with the USA," he said and expressed a readiness to receive new ideas and effective investments. The American Chamber of Commerce is a large business association, comprising over three million entities from the US, of which 96 percent of members are big businesses that employ more than 100 people. As the representing voice of businesses, AmCham protects their rights before Congress, White House, other federal bodies and Court, and aims to build more convenient environment for businesses. Last year, the Chamber organized over 2500 programs, meetings, seminars and forums, attracting officials from Obama’s administration, congressmen and international leaders.
