PM visits Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani

AMNAT CHAROEN, July 23 (TNA) - Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha is visiting the northeastern provinces of Amnat Charoen before he chairs the Cabinet retreat in Ubon Ratchathani tomorrow. Gen Prayut and cabinet members on Monday morning visited Rai Phutawan Organic Farm in Nong Meg model village for organic farm of Amnat Charoen province and went Thai traditional medical center in Phana district. In the afternoon, he will travel to Wat Nong Pa Phong Temple in Ubon Ratchathani to pray respect to the remains of the highly-revered Venerable Laung Pho Cha Suphatto and will preside over an opening ceremony of 2018 Ubon Ratchathani Buddhist Lent Festival at Thung Sri Muang Plaza. Tomorrow, Gen Prayut will chair economic and social development meeting of the Lower Northeastern Provincial Cluster 2 (Ubon Ratchathani, Amnat Charoen, Sisaket, Yasothorn) and a cabinet retreat at Ubon Ratchathani University.
