Police head visits China

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A delegation headed by R.Chingis, the head of the General Police Department (GPD), paid a visit to the People’s Republic of China January 19-23 by invitation of China’s Ministry of Social Security. On January 19, the GPD head ran talks with Mr Chen Zhimin, the Deputy Minister of the Public Security. They noted that the cooperation between the law enforcement bodies has been actively developing in combating trans-boundary crimes and in ensuring a security and stability near borders. They also expressed a mutual willingness to strengthen the collaboration in all levels and to keep a safe and stable environment for the bilateral commercial and economic cooperation. By the visiting programme, the delegation has visited Guangzhou and Shenzhen cities.
