PRESIDENT ARRIVES IN MOSCOW

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Glorious Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the leader of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj and accompanying him delegation arrived May 7 in Moscow, the Russian Federation, to pay working visit by invitation of V.Putin, the Russian President. Mr Elbegdorj met with Mongolian students, studying in Moscow, and attended the opening ceremony of a "Horses Striving for the Victory" named monument, presented by the people of Mongolia to Russia and dedicated to the 70th Anniversary. The monument of the Mongolian horses has been created by the citizens and sculptors in order to commemorate all Soviet and Mongolian soldiers who had participated in the Great Patriotic War. At the ceremony present were the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia L.Purevsuren, a Chief of Staff of the Office of the President of Mongolia P.Tsagaan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation Sh.Altangerel and the two counties' media.
