President Congratulates Tajik Counterpart

Tehran, Feb 5, IRNA - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a message on Saturday to his Tajik counterpart Imomali Rahmon congratulated him and the Tajik brotherly and friendly people on the 20th anniversary of establishment of Iran-Tajikistan diplomatic relation. In his message, he assured Rahmon of a bright future awaiting Tehran-Dushanbe relations. Ahmadinejad hoped that the two countries' excellent relation would become a good example of friendship, unity and joint endeavors for regional and other countries of the world.
