President Ilham Aliyev appoints Samir Nuriyev as head of Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration

Baku, November 1, AZERTAC President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order to appoint Samir Nuriyev as Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
