President Ilham Aliyev, his spouse arrive in France on a working visit

Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 17 Trend: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva have arrived in France on a working visit to attend the Leaders' Forum at the 38th Session of UNESCO General Conference.
