President Rosen Plevneliyev: Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict must be solved on base of principles of international law

Sophia, April 6 AZERTAC President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliyev has said Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict must be solved peacefully, on the base of principles of international law, in particular on the principles of territorial integrity and borders` inviolability. President Rosen Plevneliyev expressed his deepest concern over the military conflict that resulted the killing of civilians and stressed the importance of restoring the ceasefire.
