PRESIDENTS HOLD EXTENDED TALKS
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ After the individual meeting, the Presidents of Mongolia and Bulgaria ran official extended talks May 11. The Mongolian President expressed a satisfaction with the fact that the state visit of his Bulgarian colleague has coincided with the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties.
In response, Mr Plevneliev said he believes his current visit will be of great efficiency in intensifying the bilateral relations and cooperation.
The sides exchanged opinions on new opportunities and possibilities of deepening the relations and cooperation. They discussed ways of intensifying the collaboration in education, sciences, agriculture and other spheres, and looked upon such cooperation as of high importance in upgrading the friendly relations of the two countries.
Present were at the meeting the Minister of Foreign affairs of Mongolia L.Purevsuren, the Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Bulgaria L.Dugerjav, the Minister of food and Agriculture R.Burmaa, the vice Minister of Education, Culture and Sciences B.Tulga, also the Minister of Defense of Bulgaria N.Nenchev, an MP and head of Committee on the Environment and Water and member of Bulgaria-Mongolia parliamentary group S.Ivanov, and a vice speaker of the National Assembly D.Galvchev, along with other related officials.
