Principlists will unite behind one candidate: Iran`s Velayati

TEHRAN,May 22(MNA) – Ali Akbar Velayati, who has registered as a candidate for the Iranian presidential election, said on Tuesday that the principlists will unite behind a single candidate in the election. During a meeting with a number of pilots and aviation industry experts in Tehran on Tuesday, Velayati stated that he was not certain if presidential hopeful Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf would withdraw in favor of Saeed Jalili.
