Putin's calls must be heeded in Kiev, Lugansk, Donetsk- Lavrov

MOSCOW, September 4 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plan for peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis must be heeded in Kiev, Lugansk and Donetsk, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during his meeting with OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Ilkka Kanerva on Thursday. “We hope the calls will be heeded first of all in Kiev, Lugansk and Donetsk. We will be ready together with the OSCE in the contact group to help the warring parties practically make progress on the way to stabilize the situation,” Lavrov said. Learn more on itar-tass.com
